Dr. Erik Brizzee

Dr. Erik Brizzee, Au.D., CCC-A, has spent nearly two decades helping people hear better and live better. As part of the ListenHEAR team, he focuses on diagnosing and treating complex auditory processing challenges—particularly those involving tonal processing and auditory integration. Dr. Brizzee developed a specialized therapy program to address these specific challenges, which is now utilized by clinicians and patients worldwide. What sets him apart is his background in both audiology and music, combined with professional experience in audio production. This unique perspective enables him to view hearing care through both a clinical and creative lens, combining scientific expertise with an understanding of how sound shapes our world.

He holds a Doctor of Audiology degree from Salus University, a Master of Audiology degree from Northeastern University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech and Hearing Science from the University of Utah. Patients appreciate his approachable and collaborative style, as well as his genuine investment in their progress. Dr. Brizzee takes pride in guiding both new and established patients on their journey toward improved listening, communication, and overall auditory wellness.
